Ø service conditions:
1. Please use atmospheric pressure. The dew point is below - 15 ℃, the residual oil is divided into 0.1 ppm and the filtration degree is 0.01 μ M / 99.5% or more of clean compressed air.
2. Please set the room temperature of the room where the mechanical equipment is placed between 20 ℃ and 25 ℃, and control the fluctuation range within ± 1 ℃.
3. Please control the water temperature of cutting water to room temperature + 2 ℃ (the fluctuation range is within ± 1 ℃), and control the water temperature of cooling water to be the same as room temperature (the fluctuation range is within ± 1 ℃).
4. In addition, please do not install the equipment near blowers, vents, devices generating high temperature and devices generating oil mist.
5. The equipment will use water. In case of water leakage, please install the equipment on a waterproof floor and a place with drainage treatment.
